For restaurants, pubs, hotels and businesses
Temporary Toilet Trailer Hire While Your Toilets Are Out of Action
Your customers should barely notice. A proper washroom, not a portaloo in the car park.
Refurbishing your toilets, waiting on a drainage repair or dealing with a system that has failed? We park a luxury toilet trailer beside your building so customers, guests and staff keep full-size flushing toilets, hot running water, mirrors and proper lighting, with separate ladies and gents sides. Hired by the week, emptied weekly, for as long as the work takes.

What can a business use when its toilets are out of action? The closest thing to your own washroom is a luxury toilet trailer: a self-contained building on wheels with flushing toilets, hot water, basins and lighting, delivered to a car park space or yard and connected to a 16-amp power supply. PremierPlus hires them by the week across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Oxfordshire and west London, empties the waste weekly and can add an accessible unit alongside.
#Who Hires a Temporary Toilet Trailer
Anywhere the public, guests or staff need a washroom that still feels like part of the building.
Restaurants and cafes
Diners keep a washroom that matches the meal, not a plastic cubicle by the bins.
Pubs and bars
Keep the bar open through a toilet refit or drainage work, including busy weekends.
Hotels and venues
Cover function rooms, receptions and events while washrooms are out of use.
Offices, shops and showrooms
Staff and visitors get proper facilities, so the business does not have to close.
Community halls, churches and clubs
Bookings carry on while the building work is done. Accessible unit available alongside.
Schools and nurseries
Holiday refurbishment or a failed system, with ladies, gents and accessible cover.
A step up in luxury
#Portable Toilets or a Luxury Trailer?
Portable toilets do the job on a building site. When the people using them are your customers, the trailer is the one that protects your reputation.
| Portable toilets | Luxury toilet trailer | |
|---|---|---|
| Toilets | Chemical tank | Full-size flushing toilets |
| Hand washing | Sanitiser or a separate wash station | Basins with hot running water |
| Inside | Single plastic cubicle | Mirrors, vanity, ceiling and LED lighting |
| Ladies and gents | Shared cubicles | Separate ladies and gents sides |
| From the street | A row of plastic cabins | One smart, enclosed unit |
| Best for | Builders and staff-only sites | Customers, diners, guests and visitors |
A recent example. A town council refurbishing the toilets at its community hall this autumn asked us for male, female and accessible cover for one to two months. We quoted both ways: a set of portable toilets, or a luxury trailer with an accessible unit alongside. The trustees chose the trailer.
#What Your Customers Will Walk Into
Our 2+1 Mains: two ladies cubicles, one gents cubicle and a separate urinal, twin square basins, mirrored cubicle doors and a light ash-wood vanity.

#How It Works
- 1
Tell us what is out of action
Your dates, how long the work should take, the postcode, and how many people use the toilets on a busy day.
- 2
We pick the right trailer
Usually the 2+1 Mains, which plugs into a 16-amp supply. No power on site? The solar 2+1. Add an accessible unit if you need step-free access.
- 3
Delivered and set up
We position and level the trailer, connect it and fill the water. Your customers can use it straight away.
- 4
Emptied every week
We empty the waste tank weekly for the whole hire. An outside tap nearby lets us keep the water topped up.
- 5
Collected when you are done
Once your own toilets are back in action, we collect. If the work overruns, the hire simply carries on.
#What You Need on Site
Space
About 5.5 m by 2 m including the steps. A car park space or yard is usually ideal.
Power
A 16-amp supply for the 2+1 Mains. No power? The solar 2+1 needs none.
Water
The trailer carries its own tank. An outside tap nearby makes topping up easy.
Access
Room for our vehicle to deliver and collect, on level, firm ground.
Need step-free access? We add an accessible unit alongside the trailer.
#How Pricing Works

#Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. A luxury toilet trailer parked beside your building gives customers, guests and staff a proper washroom while the work goes on: full-size flushing toilets, hot running water, mirrors and good lighting, with separate ladies and gents sides. Restaurants, pubs, hotels, offices and community halls use them so trading carries on as normal.
Portable toilets are fine for a building site, but they are not what your customers expect when they have just paid for a meal. A trailer is a step up in every way that customers notice: flushing toilets instead of a chemical tank, hot water and basins instead of sanitiser, lighting, mirrors and a smart finish. A town council refurbishing its community hall toilets compared both this autumn and chose the trailer.
As long as the work takes. Longer hires are priced by the week and we empty the waste tank weekly throughout. Tell us the start date and how long the builders expect to need, and we will quote for that; if the work overruns, the hire simply carries on.
A level, firm spot about 5.5 metres long (including the steps) and 2 metres wide, such as a car park space or yard, with vehicle access for delivery. Our 2+1 Mains trailer needs a 16-amp power supply; an outside tap nearby lets us keep the water topped up. If there is no power, our self-contained 2+1 runs on solar instead.
Yes. The trailers have entrance steps, so where you need step-free access we put an accessible unit alongside the trailer. That gives you ladies, gents and accessible provision in one delivery.
