As a general guide, plan for one toilet per 100 guests over a 6-8 hour event. If alcohol is being served, add 20% extra capacity. For construction sites, one toilet per seven workers is the standard requirement. Tell us your numbers and we will recommend the right setup.
Weddings & Events
Weddings & Events Questions
As a guide, a 2+1 luxury trailer (two cubicles and one urinal) comfortably serves 100-150 guests over a 6-8 hour reception. If alcohol is being served, add around 20% extra capacity. We will recommend the right setup based on your guest count and event duration.
We recommend booking 3-6 months ahead for summer weddings and peak season (May to September). For winter or midweek weddings, 4-6 weeks is usually fine. Popular dates book up fast, so the earlier the better.
Our luxury trailers have a neutral, elegant interior that suits most wedding styles. We can add finishing touches such as floral arrangements, signage, or lighting to complement your theme. Let us know your plans and we will work with you.
Yes, we offer an optional attendant service. A dedicated attendant will keep facilities spotless throughout your event, restocking supplies and ensuring everything is presented to a high standard.
Our luxury trailers are fully self-contained with on-board fresh water tanks and battery or generator power. No mains connection is needed, so they work perfectly at marquee, barn, field, and rural venues.
Construction & Site
Construction & Site Questions
All units are serviced weekly as standard. For busy sites, we can arrange twice-weekly or even daily servicing. Each service includes a full empty, clean, restock of toilet roll and hand sanitiser, and a condition check.
Yes. Waste removal is included in every hire. We collect the units and handle all waste disposal responsibly and in full compliance with environmental regulations. You do not need to arrange anything separately.
Yes. We can supply standalone hand wash stations alongside our toilet units. These are particularly useful at food and drink events where hygiene standards require dedicated hand washing facilities near serving areas.
Our standard portable toilets are completely self-contained and need no external power. Luxury trailers run on battery or generator power. If you need generator hire, we can arrange this as part of your booking. No mains connection is required for any of our units.
Welfare Units
Welfare Units Questions
Each welfare unit includes a flushing toilet with hand wash basin and hot water, a canteen area with seating, worktop, microwave and kettle, a drying room with blown air heating for wet clothing, and hot running water throughout. Everything your workforce needs in one self-contained unit.
No. Our welfare units are fully self-contained with an on-board diesel generator for power and a fresh water tank for all water needs. They work on any site, including remote locations with no mains services. Water and waste tanks are topped up and emptied at each service visit.
The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 require adequate welfare facilities on all construction sites. This includes toilets, washing facilities with hot and cold water, a place to rest and eat, a place to warm up and dry wet clothing, and drinking water. Our welfare units meet all of these requirements in a single unit.
Welfare units are serviced weekly as standard. Each visit includes emptying the waste tank, refilling the fresh water tank, cleaning the toilet and canteen areas, restocking toilet rolls and hand wash, and checking all mechanical systems. More frequent servicing is available for busy sites.
While our welfare units are primarily designed for welfare provision (toilet, canteen, drying room), the canteen area can double as a meeting space for small site teams. For dedicated office space, a separate site cabin would be more suitable. We can advise on the best setup for your needs.
Festivals & Events
Festivals & Events Questions
As a general guide, plan for one toilet per 100 guests over a 6-8 hour event. If alcohol is being served, add 20% extra capacity. For events longer than 8 hours, or with high footfall periods, you may need more. Tell us your guest count and event details and we will recommend the right setup.
Yes. We supply luxury toilet trailers with flushing toilets, hot running water, mirrors, and interior lighting. These are popular for VIP enclosures, hospitality areas, and events where a premium experience is expected. See our weddings and events page for more details on our luxury range.
Absolutely. For multi-day events we provide scheduled servicing to keep all units clean, stocked, and in full working order throughout. We can arrange daily or twice-daily servicing depending on your expected footfall.
Accessible
Accessible Questions
Yes. All our accessible units comply with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and Equality Act 2010 requirements. They feature wheelchair-accessible entry with ramp, appropriate interior dimensions for wheelchair turning, grab rails, low-level fixtures, and non-slip flooring.
Yes. The units are designed for independent use. The ramp provides step-free entry, the doorway is wide enough for standard wheelchairs, the interior lock can be operated from a seated position, and grab rails provide support. The hand wash basin is at an accessible height.
Absolutely. Our accessible units are used at weddings, festivals, sports days, county shows, community events, and any outdoor gathering. Under the Equality Act, event organisers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people - providing accessible toilets is one of the most important steps.
