We know that facilities need to be positioned out of shot but close enough that crew are not losing time walking to the other side of a field. We know that a rainy November night shoot in a muddy paddock has different requirements to a summer commercial in a London park. And we know that when a schedule changes at 5pm for a 6am start the next morning, you need someone who picks up the phone.

Location Unit Logistics - Brief to Wrap
Your location manager or production coordinator sends us the basics: crew size, shoot dates, location, and any access restrictions. We recommend the right units and confirm availability.
We deliver to your unit base or location at the time you specify - typically before crew call so everything is ready when people arrive. For multi-day shoots, we schedule servicing visits to keep units clean and stocked without disrupting your production.
At wrap, we collect everything. If your schedule runs over or you add shoot days, just let us know. We are used to productions running to their own timeline and we flex accordingly.

Confirm and schedule
Confirm the booking and we will lock in delivery times around your call sheet. Changes to dates or times are no problem - just let us know.
We deliver before crew call
Units arrive on site at the time you specify. We position them where your location team directs and leave everything ready to go.
Servicing on longer shoots
For multi-day productions, we schedule servicing visits to clean, restock, and check all units. Timed to avoid disruption.
Collection after wrap
We collect after your final shoot day. If you wrap early or late, we adjust. Waste removal is included.

Absolutely. We offer flexible hire terms from a single day to several weeks or months. Longer hires benefit from reduced rates. Regular servicing is included to keep facilities clean and fully stocked throughout your production.
Our standard portable toilets are compact and can be positioned out of shot. For productions needing higher-end facilities, our luxury trailers provide a premium experience for cast and crew while still being easy to position away from camera lines. We can discuss positioning when you book.
Yes. We can supply any number of units to match your crew size. For large productions, we typically recommend one standard toilet per 7-10 crew members, or a luxury trailer as a shared facility for smaller crews. We will advise based on your specific needs.
We offer single-day hire as our minimum period. There is no requirement for a weekly or monthly commitment. This makes us ideal for one-day commercial shoots, music videos, and photo shoots as well as longer drama and feature film productions.
Yes. We regularly deliver to London and the Home Counties. We are familiar with the access and parking restrictions that come with central London locations and can discuss logistics when you book. Early morning delivery before crew call is standard for London shoots.
Our luxury trailers are spacious, heated, and well-lit, so they can double as a private space for cast. However, they are designed primarily as toilet facilities. For dedicated green room or changing facilities, a separate unit would be more appropriate. We can advise on the best setup for your production.
