Festivals have unique demands. High footfall over multiple days, peak times during headline acts, and the need for units that stay clean and functional throughout. We have supplied festivals, county shows, and multi-day outdoor events across the South of England.
For multi-day festivals, we provide scheduled servicing - daily or twice-daily depending on expected attendance. Units are restocked, cleaned, and checked to keep everything running smoothly from gates open to last orders.

Getting the numbers right
Poor toilet provision is the number one complaint at outdoor events. Getting the numbers right, positioning units sensibly, and keeping them clean throughout makes a real difference to how people experience your event.
We work with event organisers of all sizes - from village fetes and school sports days to large-scale festivals and sporting events. We will help you calculate the right number of units based on your expected attendance, event duration, and whether alcohol is being served.
We also advise on positioning. Toilets should be visible and signposted but not too close to food areas or stages. Access for our service vehicle needs to be considered for longer events. These are details we handle so you do not have to.

As a general guide, plan for one toilet per 100 guests over a 6-8 hour event. If alcohol is being served, add 20% extra capacity. For events longer than 8 hours, or with high footfall periods, you may need more. Tell us your guest count and event details and we will recommend the right setup.
Yes. We supply luxury toilet trailers with flushing toilets, hot running water, mirrors, and interior lighting. These are popular for VIP enclosures, hospitality areas, and events where a premium experience is expected. See our weddings and events page for more details on our luxury range.
Our standard portable toilets are completely self-contained and need no external power. Luxury trailers run on battery or generator power. If you need generator hire, we can arrange this as part of your booking. No mains connection is required for any of our units.
Yes. We can supply standalone hand wash stations alongside our toilet units. These are particularly useful at food and drink events where hygiene standards require dedicated hand washing facilities near serving areas.
Yes. Waste removal is included in every hire. We collect the units after your event and handle all waste disposal responsibly and in full compliance with environmental regulations. You do not need to arrange anything separately.
Absolutely. For multi-day events we provide scheduled servicing to keep all units clean, stocked, and in full working order throughout. We can arrange daily or twice-daily servicing depending on your expected footfall.
