What festival toilet hire covers
Festival toilet hire provides temporary facilities for outdoor events lasting from one day to a full week or longer. PremierPlus specialise in festival toilet hire across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and London for music festivals, county shows, food festivals, multi-day sporting tournaments, charity festivals, and outdoor screening events.
As a planning rule of thumb, allow at least two portable toilets per 100 guests, never fewer, and closer to one unit per 50 to 75 guests for a long festival session or where alcohol is served. A single Pee Pod II urinal covers around 200 to 300 men over the same period and is the single biggest queue-management lever at a festival.
Multi-day events benefit from scheduled daily servicing to keep units clean and stocked throughout, and the Pee Pod II can be emptied in situ without taking the unit out of service. Tell us your expected attendance, dates, and venue for a quote.

Festivals have unique demands. High footfall over multiple days, peak times during headline acts, and the need for units that stay clean and functional throughout. We have supplied festivals, county shows, and multi-day outdoor events across the South of England.
For multi-day festivals, we provide scheduled servicing - daily or twice-daily depending on expected attendance. Units are restocked, cleaned, and checked to keep everything running smoothly from gates open to last orders.

Getting the numbers right
Poor toilet provision is the number one complaint at outdoor events. Getting the numbers right, positioning units sensibly, and keeping them clean throughout makes a real difference to how people experience your event.
We work with event organisers of all sizes - from village fetes and school sports days to large-scale festivals and sporting events. We will help you calculate the right number of units based on your expected attendance, event duration, and whether alcohol is being served.
We also advise on positioning. Toilets should be visible and signposted but not too close to food areas or stages. Access for our service vehicle needs to be considered for longer events. These are details we handle so you do not have to.
Quick capacity guide
Even a short daytime event without alcohol should have a minimum of two units per 100 guests, never fewer. Longer festival sessions and events where drinks are served sit at the upper end of each range. Multi-day events need additional units or scheduled servicing, and a Pee Pod II urinal covers 200 to 300 men to keep queues down.

Our standard portable toilets are completely self-contained and need no external power. Luxury trailers run on battery or generator power. If you need generator hire, we can arrange this as part of your booking. No mains connection is required for any of our units.
Yes. We can supply standalone hand wash stations alongside our toilet units. These are particularly useful at food and drink events where hygiene standards require dedicated hand washing facilities near serving areas.
Yes. Waste removal is included in every hire. We collect the units after your event and handle all waste disposal responsibly and in full compliance with environmental regulations. You do not need to arrange anything separately.
