As a guide, a 2+1 luxury trailer (two cubicles and one urinal) comfortably serves 100 to 150 guests over a 6 to 8 hour event. If alcohol is being served, add around 20 percent extra capacity. We will recommend the right setup based on your guest count and event duration.
Yes. We are based in Newbury and deliver across the whole of Berkshire including Reading, Bracknell, Windsor, Maidenhead, Wokingham, Thatcham, Hungerford, and all surrounding villages and rural venues. Most Berkshire deliveries are within 30 to 45 minutes from our depot.
No. Our luxury trailers are fully self-contained with on-board fresh water tanks and battery or generator power. No mains connection is needed, so they work perfectly at marquee, barn, field, and rural venues with no existing facilities.
For summer weddings and peak season events (May to September), we recommend booking 3 to 6 months ahead. For winter or midweek events, 4 to 6 weeks is usually fine. Popular dates do book up, so the earlier you get in touch the better.
