3+1 Luxury Toilet Trailer
Our largest luxury trailer, built for events of up to 250 guests. Three ladies cubicles with two hand basins, one gents cubicle with two urinals and two hand basins. Zebrano laminate interior with oak wood-effect flooring, infrared taps, recessed ceiling lighting, and large mirrors with under-counter illumination. This is the unit for weddings, corporate hospitality, and large celebrations where your venue has mains water and power.

Site Requirements
The 3+1 needs mains water and power. If your venue does not have these, our 2+1 luxury trailer is fully self-contained.

16-amp mains supply (draws 12.5 amps) or generator

Mains water supply on standby. Can connect to mains drainage for longer hires.

Level, firm ground. Grass, gravel, or hardstanding.

The 3+1 is recommended for up to 250 guests over an 8-hour event. For events with alcohol, allow around 20 percent extra capacity. We will advise on the right setup for your specific numbers.
Yes. The 3+1 requires a 16-amp mains power connection (drawing 12.5 amps) and a water supply. This makes it ideal for venues with existing infrastructure - country houses, established event venues, and sites with generator and water hookups. For venues without mains, our 2+1 trailer is fully self-contained with solar power and a header tank.
The trailer is 20 feet (6.1 metres) long plus 4 feet 6 inches for the tow hitch, 7 feet 6 inches wide, and 10 feet 2 inches high. The site needs to be level with good access for a Land Rover delivery vehicle, including space for turning.
Delivery from our Newbury depot, full setup, stocking with Scottish Fine soap, hand cream, loo paper and paper hand towels, and collection after your event. There are no hidden extras.
For peak season (May to September), book 3 to 6 months ahead. We only have one 3+1 unit, so popular dates go quickly. For winter or midweek events, 4 to 6 weeks is usually fine.

The 2+1 is smaller (two cubicles and one urinal) for up to 150 guests, but it is fully self-contained with solar power and a header tank - no mains needed. Choose the 3+1 for larger events at venues with power and water. Choose the 2+1 for smaller events or venues without mains connections.
