Our welfare units are 12ft self-contained units designed to meet every CDM 2015 welfare requirement on site.
Toilet Facilities
Chemical toilet with hand wash basin and hot water.
Canteen Area
Seating for up to 6 workers, worktop, microwave point, and kettle point.
Drying Room
Heated space for drying wet clothing and PPE.
Hot Water
On-board water heating for hand washing and cleaning.

CDM 2015 Compliance
The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 require adequate welfare facilities on every construction site. Our welfare units meet the HSE requirements for:
- Sanitary conveniences (toilets)

Yes. We offer flexible hire periods starting from one week. There is no minimum long-term commitment. Many of our customers start with a short hire and extend as their project continues.
Our standard unit is 12ft x 7ft and accommodates up to 6 workers comfortably. For larger sites, you can hire multiple units. We will recommend the right number based on your workforce size and HSE ratios.
